S4 League

This game has been out for a while now. If you don't know what it is, it's a third person scifi shooter. It's lobby based and has six game modes now. There's a shitload of weapons, including sentries, bats, heavies, and the like. The action is fast paced, think along the lines of Gunz.

The graphics look nice and crisp w/ a very J-pop inspired wardrobe available.

There are constantly new maps being released. I remember when there was ~7 maps and only 2 game modes. Man have things changed. There are team deathmatch, touchdown (capture the flag), chaser, battle royale, arcade, and captain for game modes. Deathmatch (DM) is just what it sounds like, first team to get to x # of kills wins. Touchdown is damn fun because of all the different jumps you can make. In chaser, one person is selected as the chaser for each round and they have to eliminate everyone else. Battle royale is a classic free-for-all. Arcade mode is where you fight against monsters and stuff w/ fellow S4 Leaguers in various stages. Finally, the latest mode is captain, where the objective is to eliminate all the captains of the other team.

I have some gripes, especially with the cash shop but overall it's fair in that you can beat someone by outskilling him. Give it a go, you won't regret it.
